Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 pkgs (6 oz each) sliced portobellas, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 lb (2 large) sweet onions, peeled, cut in 1/2-inch strips
2 Tbsp Basting Oil
2 Tbsp Italian Classics Two Leaf Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 pkg (0.25 oz) Food You Feel Good About Fresh Thyme (sprigs left whole)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  1. Combine mushrooms, onion, basting oil, balsamic vinegar and thyme in large bowl; toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
     
  2. Roast 35-40 min, turning halfway through, until browned and tender.
