Ingredients
2 pkgs (6 oz each) sliced portobellas, cut in 1-inch pieces1 lb (2 large) sweet onions, peeled, cut in 1/2-inch strips
2 Tbsp Basting Oil
2 Tbsp Italian Classics Two Leaf Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 pkg (0.25 oz) Food You Feel Good About Fresh Thyme (sprigs left whole)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.- Combine mushrooms, onion, basting oil, balsamic vinegar and thyme in large bowl; toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
- Roast 35-40 min, turning halfway through, until browned and tender.
